oh yeah, i finished putting in the fuel filter. had to cut about a quarter-inch off both connector hoses. looks better now, and i got all the clamps on. took her out for a test drive.
she’s still doing the pop-and-lurch.
i have to be easy on the accelerator, or it gets pretty bad. i wouldn’t say the transmission is ruled out, but i have a feeling it’s in the suspension somewhere.
on my test drive, i took a note in case i had bad trouble. on the note it said: “i think i better lie here and bleed a bit.”
okay, that part’s just fantasy.
