watched LOTR last night, and, contrary to my theory on the order in which movies should be watched, Resident Evil before that. R.E. wasn’t half bad, although it had hardly anything to do with the games. where in the fuck were S.T.A.R.R.S.? why would you bring a captive prisoner into a mess like that? why were the Umbrella frogmen the good guys, anyway? and the R.E. universe does not need to have 31 flavours of “how it all started”. oh, plus it was incredibly predictable. BUT the sets were spot-on Capcom. and the commentary track was fun during the slow parts.
still, Michelle Rodrigues is hot. workin’ them eyes!
