serendipity

i just went outside for a smoke, looked up, and at that instant saw one of the perseids cross overhead, directly where i was looking.

i had been casually trying to see one for weeks now.

i should wake up Lisa, in case there’s another… but she wants to get up early tomorrow.

Among the things that he has done for a laugh are minor fractures, cuts, scrapes, and various scabs. Though she's quick to point out that they're no imbecile, we're fairly certain that he thinks the word means some kind of medieval pharmacist.
