watched an awesome episode of American Masters tonight on PBS. twice. i love Joni Mitchell. she’s just so damned smart, and talented, and original. and i either didn’t know, or forgot, that Jaco Pastorius played that fluid bass on Hejira! no wonder it’s my favorite album of hers.
