fuck the U.N., here’s my idea of a New World Order:
what i REALLY want to see is a set of switches in the offices of the leaders of every country on earth. each switch corresponds to the government of every OTHER nation on earth. when some leader is pissed off at another leader, they throw the switch. nothing happens until 2/3 of the switches are thrown – and at that point, that nation’s government is literally switched off… everything from power to communication; anything that could be used to bring down that leader’s regime is enacted… and even martial law is implemented. at that point, free elections would be held and a panel appointed by a group of people selected by the general public [of that nation] to draft a completely new charter and/or constitution, then their leaders are elected in another election. just a thought, and very rough at that.
