predicts the end of the world as we know it.

by the end of 2003, a nuclear arms race will have begun in Asia. the starting shot will be fired by N. Korea, in the form of a “test” conducted in waters close to the coast of either China, or Japan.

by 2012, the “new wave” of nuclear proliferation will have led to such a fiery and tense escalation worldwide that at least 13 more countries will have adopted these weapons, spreading panic and fear like a virus across the entire globe and eventually sparking a conflict which will result in the complete and utter annihilation of at least 70% of all known land-based life forms on the planet Earth, and covering the sky with enough dust and debris that no one will see the Sun for at least a generation (killing off more than half of the survivors).

pale blue dot indeed.

…but is it really a solution?

jae lethe (he/she/they) is a blogger, musician, artist, poet, web developer/designer, armchair philosophizer, teller of tales, and gadabout. Also, something he calls a "behavioral artist." (Not sure.) She has plans. BIG plans.

Among the things that he has done for a laugh are minor fractures, cuts, scrapes, and various scabs. Though she's quick to point out that they're no imbecile, we're fairly certain that he thinks the word means some kind of medieval pharmacist.

This is her latest home on teh internets - where jae stores their swear words, when they're not hurling them at the sun in vain.
